He has over 20 years experiences working with small to large MNC companies in information & technology enhancements, business process optimizations, digital marketing, Digital Transformation and CRM consultations.
He awarded various worldwide professional recognitions & qualifications:Stephen Wong is very experienced in the jewelry industry for his over 20 years career in the field. He is a well-known expert in jewelry design and management.
For contributing the industry, he is also lecturer of various education institutes and consulting various companies.
Chelsea has been working in the jewellery & watch industry since 2000. She has experience in different sectors of the value chain (from product development to after-sales service), with strengths in sales & marketing, operations management and customer service. Her excellent command of English, Mandarin, Taiwanese (Fujian) and Cantonese has been benefited customers impressively.
Chelsea once worked for Chopard, a Nasdaq listed jewelry manufacturer and other major players in the industry. She was previously a senior management of a major jewelry manufacturer in Greater China, with operations in U.S. Russia, Italy, Hong Kong and China.
Academically, she graduated with 1st–class honour in a joint degree program of “Fashion & Marketing” at the reputed Institute of Textile & Clothing of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
And, she is doing an MBA (Master degree of Business & Administration) at the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology in 2010-14, which is ranked 1st in Asia and 6th globally in 2011.
In terms of professional qualification, Chelsea is a Graduate Gemologist of GIA (The Gemology Institute of America - the world’s foremost authority on diamonds, colored stones, and pearls).
With thorough understanding of and devotion to the industry, Chelsea joined BC Dreams to contribute to the industry by providing consulting services to the industry players.
